Isaac is a community psychologist with interests in the promotion of wellness and fairness in individuals, families, organizations, and communities. He is the inaugural holder of Mautner Chair in Community Well-Being. Isaac has published 7 books and 130 articles and book chapters. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and of the American Educational Research Association.
