Sarah Kendig joined Arkansas State University after completing a NICHD postdoctoral fellowship at the Population Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. in Sociology (specializing in Social Demography and Social Psychology) at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research program broadly focuses on how family roles and relationships structure health and well-being across the life course in ways that reflect and reproduce inequality.
